Local Governors

Jane Aust, Chair of Local Governors

Jane became Chair of Governors in 2025. She joined the team at Evendons in June 2014, ahead of the school’s opening in September the same year, and worked there until December 2020. Jane has worked in education since 2003 and is now Head of Operations at Bellevue Place Education Trust.

Before moving into education, Jane managed a public house. Jane has two children, is a qualified ECB scorer and a Reading Football Club season ticket holder, she follows the team both home and away whenever possible.

Lydia Mackenzie

Lydia is the Head of Co-Curricular at her current school in Wokingham where she also teaches sport and math. She joined the local governing board in September 2024. Lydia helps to organise and run the day and overseas trips at her current school and organises the after-school provision. When not at work she enjoys being active visiting her family in Cornwall and travelling.

Tobias Davis

Tobias has a background in biochemistry and works primarily in Regulatory Affairs for Johnson & Johnson supporting their international medical devices business. As part of his J&J role, he leads and executes STEM community support as a STEM ambassador, providing training and education to schools and students from primary age through to university. He additionally chairs a national Research Ethics Committee for the HRA as part of the NHS, providing ethical approval to clinical trials across the UK as well as proving both medical devices and chair's training within the HRA. Tobias also sits on the board of the The Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Foundation and is a member of their Research Committee planning and funding international scientific and clinical research into the syndrome in support of patients globally.

 Daniel Green

Daniel began his education career in 2013 when he re-trained as a primary teacher via the Schools Direct programme. He spent a number of years in the classroom during which he was computing lead, and also completed an NPQ in Senior Leadership. In early 2020, he was appointed Deputy Headteacher of a two-form entry primary school. Prior to teaching, Daniel spent a number of years working in the IT industry in support and development roles. He now works as Head of Digital Innovation for the Bellevue Place Education Trust.
